Rates & Insurance

Rates 

Individual Therapy (Talk, EMDR, or IFS): $275 per hour

90-Minute Individual Therapy (Talk, EMDR, or IFS): $413 (pro-rated from $275/hr)

EMDR/IFS Intensives (3+ hours): $275 per hour

Please note: Sessions over 90 minutes are not eligible for insurance billing or superbills and are private pay only.

Insurance 

Insurance companies I am currently in-network with:

Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Meritain Health, Kaiser (Out-of-Network), Coventry, First Health, United Behavioral Health of California, Optum Behavioral Health Solutions of California

I also accept private pay or out-of-network clients who have PPO plans.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: 

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits? 

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?  

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session? 

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician? 

    Reduced Fee 
    Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. You can also apply for CareCredit to help finance any out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance.

Payment 
All major debit/credit cards accepted for payment. 

Cancellation Policy 
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

If a client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not communicated with me, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.

After the 15-minute grace period, the session will be ended and cannot be resumed, even if the client arrives late or contacts me afterward. I reserve the right to end the session after 15 minutes.
