Rates & Insurance

Rates 

Individual Therapy (Talk, EMDR, or IFS): $275 per hour

90-Minute Individual Therapy (Talk, EMDR, or IFS): $413 (pro-rated)

EMDR/IFS Intensives (3+ hours): $275 per hour

Please note: Sessions over 90 minutes are not eligible for insurance billing or superbills and are private pay only.

Insurance 

Insurance companies I am currently in-network with:

Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Meritain Health, Kaiser (Out-of-Network), Coventry, First Health, United Behavioral Health of California, Optum Behavioral Health Solutions of California

I also accept private pay or out-of-network clients who have PPO plans.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: 

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits? 

• What is my deductible and has it been met?  

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session? 

• Is approval required from my primary care physician? 

Reduced Fee 
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. 

Payment 
All major debit/credit cards accepted for payment. 

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a late cancellation/no show fee totaling full fee of session.
