My Approach

My top priority is that you feel heard and safe, without any fear of judgment. If you want to curse ... you can curse, if you want to cry... you can cry, if you want me to challenge you... then I will do so.

Ultimately, I would like for you to gain the skills and confidence to be able to overcome any current challenges. Together, we'll explore ways to help you break fixed ways of thinking that may be leading you to have increased anxiety, depression, or PTSD.

If you want a warming and relatable therapist you have come to the right place. I work in a collaborative manner and will never assume I am the expert in your life. Together we create a plan and establish goals that works best for you.

My integrative approaches includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for PTSD/trauma as well as Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
