 Chris is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for adolescents, couples, families and adults of all ages. She has been practicing for over 8 years working with a broad spectrum of clients. Her integrative approaches include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma/PTSD as well as IFS (Internal Family Systems), Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Gestalt Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy) for individuals, couples, and families.

 Chris welcomes all sexual and gender identities and makes LGBTIAQ+ affirming space a priority. She also welcomes those in creative fields, monogamous and alternative relationships.
